I'm pretty sure he wont end up getting a charge if they're caught because a guy I know(17) snuck into his girlfriends(14) house at like 1:00 am to have sex with her. Unfortunately for him, her parents were still awake, heard them, busted in the room, and called the cops. All they gave him was a trespassing charge. They told him if he was a few months older he would have gotten a statutory rape charge.
