nah that would be kind of lame tbh... n his hairstyle in the manga doesnt look similar as well. he's probably a totaly new person... the 4th hokage is dead, DEAD

n besides, rmb orochimaru was fighting sandaime n he tried to summon the 4th hokage but sandaime stopped him

which means 4th hokage is indeed dead.
