Nope. Every satellite feed is received and filtered through a ground station. Some of them supply the raw data to whoever contracts for it, or some of them actually run cleanup and analysis services for the buying contractor.

Also there are no geo-stationary satellites (since any satellite capable of fine resolution pictures is used to take pictures of alot of locations) that can provide real time imaging (and I'm not sure any live streaming video satellites currently exist) that aren't under direct control of governments (and by governments, I mean the US, Britain, Russia, and China). Any attempt to access them will have a swat team and several men in suits showing up at you're door step pretty quickly. I actually launch all US government (and most NASA) satellites into space. It takes years to get clearance to even enter a building where these satellites are stored (seriously, need Top Secret Clearance to enter the building), and they'll be damned before they tell anyone what the satellite is for or can do.

buy a camera, hook it wireless to ur computer, point it at ur naighboor's house
