Best program to record game videos?

I used to have a full version of fraps (for free :P), but i no longer do. The 30second limit + lagg that comes with FRAPS is extremely annoying. i tried gamecam before but it was kind of awkward to use.

Any tips suggestions?

maybe if someone can explain how i can use gamecam if its worth it... i basically couldn't get it to work.

I'm talking about FRAPS kind of software. Something that records game play into a .avi file.

tried using google to search one of the gazillion warez sites for a cracked version ?

Well, i got it but FRAPS makes my game run at 2FPS.

I have full fraps (registered), but it makes my game run at 1-2FPS, that's no doable.

Is gamecam good?

I left fraps on for a few hours (by accident) and came back with over 10 4,000,000 KB files. my disk space was all used up.
