I was suprised to see that most of the foods I disliked were listed in the "Foods Not Allowed" category, and that foods I enjoy are in the "Most Beneficial" category. I guess taste really isn't everything after all.

try reading the chart; it explains how some foods cause symptoms that can lead to conditions (such as potatoes and eggplants causing restriction of joints = arthritis, oranges make more acid in the stomach = acid reflux)

If you eat the same dishes every week, or there's a selection of meals that you eat all the time, mixed up of course, that's called a diet. Unless you eat something different every day for the rest of your life, you are on a diet...
