SKILLS:

this is a legit program which let u see what skills/items are available for you right now and info about your character

"exping": its not like KO that you need to pwn over hours for "leveling"
you have alot of skills (as you can see in the pic) you train them WITH time, you rightclick ingame in your character sheet on the skill you want to "train"
and it has the time it needs to lvl up (for example Amarr Frigates lv4>5 is for me 18days and 18 hours <_<) i think there is only lv1>5.
and the time is always up2date, no matter if you are offline or even the daily maintenance (1 hour) doesnt stop the time
