Well, I was just wondering what would be the sentence for a 21 yr old that breaks a middle school kids jaw, and takes his shit, and runs

and what would be the same sentence for a 18~ 19 yr old?


heres the scenario

21 yr old walks up to the kid, punches him in the face and runs, and then the 18~ 19 yr old just picks up the kids stuff and runs? without touching him or causing any more harm?

I had Felony Robbery 2nd and Assault 2nd. I had a 3G Lawyer and got 6months in a level 5 Facility for juveniles.

Now, I heard for an adult, he can get up to 3-5 years. It should say on his court papers.

The one who hit him is prob gonna get in jail anyway for 6 months or something maybe more, and he gotta pay some tickets
The one who stole his stuff prob will get away with just tickets and 1 month in jail or so.
