caviar if i'm not mistaken. the normal expensive black caviar comes from sturgeons i think. this one is probably the less expensive caviar, can't remember what fish it comes from. but we always use it, tastes really good and doesn't cost a shitload of money for some fish eggs.Sorry for my rudeness, not trying to be an ass but...
