For MMOs i use the Cyborg mouse and keyboard. For FPS throw the keyboard out the window and use a nostromo n52te.

About nostromo. 52TE is still broken, dont fuking buy that untill they relece v3 drivers. Atm its only good for matching ur alienware pc. Any older nostromo is the way to go. Im using nostromo in l2 and i fuking love it. Alot of ppl do, its not only for FPS's, it makes a dif, depending on the game.

i have an mx518 and i dont really like it. It doesn't fit my hand. It's ok for most games but if i want to play an FPS i have to use the old mx300. I suggest getting a razer since their shapes are specifically designed for FPS games.

g5 logitech.. its not expensive, its very sensitive/quick respond, weight can be adjusted, sensitivity can be adjusted trough mouse itself, it feels good in your hand, the scroller pwns , buttons can be costumized

the best mouse on the market for general gaming in my oppinion

edit: one nevgative thing, i got my mouse for 2 years now and the paint is going off and im losing the grip on my thumb because of it... so 2-3 years you gotta buy a new one if you're really a geek

ive had razer copperhead for 2 years now and luv it, fits ur hand, cheap, fastest ms response time compared to most mouses
and get the razer tarantual great keyboard
