    Off the top of my head, the only ones that I can think of that even come close to those requests are the eeePC's, however, their specs aren't built for anything other than some internet surfing and word processing. I can't imagine much else you'd do on one of those.

    There is actually a mini-laptop for about $350 that is an Acer and has decent specs for what it is. It has like 1 gb Ram and 125 Gb hard drive. It is actually really portable and easy to use. My friend uses it for internet, Guild Wars, Final Fantasy, and a few other games. I have been really impressed at what it can do for the price of $350. I actually thought of purchasing it for portability.
