    Post Old Diablo trailer - need some help with filling the blanks - english natives pls

    hello,
    I am making some subtitles and will translate them later to polish. First need english ones, but i cant understand everything in the trailer, can you help me fill the ??? with words and check is things I wrote down so far are ok?

    Here is movie:

    And here is what I wrote down so far
    1. Blizzard Entertainment Presents
    2. Many moons have passed since I left|the town of Tristram behind me.
    3. Since then I try to forget the terror|that I beheld beneath the ??? ???.
    4. And the twisted nightmares at ??? my ??? ??? moment.
    5. There is something dark within me now.
    6. I can feel it.|Driving me toward the east.
    7. Assuring me that my salvation lies|within rooms of Ancient Kingdoms.
    8. Now I know the way.
    9. I know not my perils will rise to ??? my journey.
    10. And as I pass through The First Gate...
    11. ...I know that the better part of my soul...
    12. ...will remain behind...
    13. ...forever.
    Lines number 4 and 9 aremy biggest problem, can't understand that.

    The accent is stranded somewhere mid atlantic but it sounds clear enough to me.

    Trailer brings back memories I remember playing diablo whole day...was awesome game at the time...still is.

    yeah, but only Diablo 1 d2 was a bit crap imho ;(

    I hope D3 will pwn, it is only game I consider playing in future
