Its one of the best shows out there. It never gets old. If the dude got laid a lot it would be the best show ever.

The show is a medical show, half the shit they explain I dont even understand but House's attitude towards things makes the show worth watching to me

so, do i have to watch from series 1 to understand whats going on, or is it like scrubs for example, where you can just watch from a random episode and pick it up easily

There are batches of each season where you need to watch from the start of each timeframe before knowing whats going on, and you cant start the show on the last season it doesnt work that way, and all of season 3 is House chosing his new team so that entire season needs to be watched in order
