    Breathing exercises, Tai Chi, go for a jog, read, listen to dolphins or some random Pan Pipe "Mood Music", meditate, check out Buddhist websites.

    Yeah right, fuk that shit.

    Actually they did!

    Comedy is my suggestion, anything that makes you laugh is always good...even staying with some friends you have fun with.

    But I think you should slove the problem not the consequence!

    aggressive music seems to work for me. at least 180 bpm.

    and imagining what you would do if there were absolutely no rules, this helps me at work a lot. i just imagine bashing the head of the idiot pissing me off into the wall, shattering their teeth, watching how their entire face gets punched in a bloody mass while hearing them cry for you to stop. always puts a smile on my face.[/b]

    For me it's most about doing anything that gets whatever is causing the stress out of my head, getting me focused on something else.

    If your into any sports, that always helped me vent. I aways forget about everything else when Im playing any sport, and afterwards I never felt as stressed afterwards. Only exception is golf, everytime I shank a shot, I want to throw my club at the nearest person.

    Maybe a different input here but ive never done drugs and dont watch porn (yes its true) so the way i deal with it is talking to ppl i trust. Driving around with loud music. Praying or reading something encouraging. (3:16 by Max Lucado) Or just watch "fail" videos on youtube :P

    Talking to good friends or hitting the gym hard seems to work for me.. Also, watching sports seems to calm me lol..
