yahoo declined to sell to microsoft, so that has been dropped. i dont think microsoft will buy google..... its very very expensive, and google probably wont sell it to em, since they are rivaling them in many aspects

sites not so accurate tho immo the $$$ i think is bs maybe the ad revenue acurate on some but with bigger sites it doesn't even work like that and the hit counter is off 20 k for one of my own sites which is rates at 80 k as if anyone would pay 80 k for it
