its a sheik run city.

ect the world (the islands arrenged as a world) have around 300 islands in it and each island is sold for 2m$
the "flower" island houses are sold for 1m$ each

An Engineer i know, had some job for the earth islands. he made electrical installations in 3-4 of those villas.
He left his family for like 6 months and came back with alot money and alot of nice pictures.
