Default I need some Hardware suggestions here

I am troubled lately with the noise my PC is making, so I was searching to buy a quiet PC case specially manufactured to keep noise levels as low as possible without significantly increasing the CPU and interior temperature.
I have found a nice silent PSU and a quiet CPU fan but i cant decide on a PC case, no matter how many reviews i have read.
I am sceptical about watercooling and I dont care about the price.

My system is based on a AMD Athlon 64bit +3200, MB MSI K8N Platinum, 1GB RAM, MSI - ATI RX850XL, 2 HDD installed and 2 optical drives.
    Looking forward to your suggestions.

why dont u just find out the part thats making the noise and replace it...? if it just started happening its obviously not normal so start unplugging fans 1 by 1 until u figure it out. just a suggestion i dunno.

I said, go for watercooling, it's more expensive, but's more good and u can have ur computer running 24/7 without it getting to hot.

    Default Water Cooling

This is what i use and have it seems to work perfectly. Watercooling is the way to go if you want a quite cool pc

This is ideal if you are new to watercooling easy to install and no that expensive (what i use)

If we forget about watercooling what more conventional cases you have to propose?
