You mean harlequin ichthyosis? If they don&#39;t keep constant moisture on their skin, they will become one large callous and become unable to move. They also have to scrape off excess skin daily. I believe they regenerate skin at 10x the rate of normal humans. It is an extremely painful disease for someone to have to live through.
