All my contacts are gone so how do i get them back?
if i click backup it will make a backup file for my phone right now. not from before.

when you jailbreak you automatically reset your iphone. everything you had on your iphone before you jailbroke is gone for good.

I have jail-broken my iPhone about 7 times successfully, never has it erased all the data. The only chance you have of restoring your data is if you made a back-up in iTunes before you jail-broke it.
yeah guy you have to back up all the info before you jailbreak it. your computer isn't going to magically know what you put on your phone
yah i got it back.
but when i download a game or anything from app store it just stay at 100% lol and nothing happens.
