i found a recipe for it :lol:

HOMEMADE LUNCHEON MEAT

2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
2 tbsp. Morton's Tender Quick Salt

Combine all ingredients. Mix and knead with hands until well blended. Shape into a 9 inch roll. Seal in heavy aluminum foil. Chill for 24 hours. Remove foil and bake on a rack in a shallow pan for 2 hours at 350 degrees. Cool. (Do not use frozen beef).

luncheon meat is so fucking good yet so bad for you. Its just really poor fatty meat. It comes in a tin can and you just slice it up into rectangles and fry it in some oil (I dont really know why there isnt another word for it. "Fry" could be like frying french fries, or frying something on a pan. The two cooking concepts are completely different, yet they use the same word. In this situation, im talking about the latter). Then you "fry" an egg as well and its a perfect lunch with some steam rice. I used to eat it everyday but its really really bad for you. I dont eat it anymroe cuz im kind of sick of it.

I dont think its as gross as spam though cuz spam can come in spray can. Spray meat is too gross. Maybe it does come in spray cans as well but i have never seen it.
