Well if the girl is still messing around with Boy 2 and wants to also mess around with Boy 1, she is a slut and you shouldn't give her the time of day. If Boy 2 and Girl both say that it's over between them, then Boy 1 can go ahead.

Sex is easy to get (i'm a girl so for me it is rofl)...However, friendship if indeed that is between Boy 1 and Boy 2, lasts a lot longer and you never can tell what the future holds. Boy 1 knows that Girl is leaving in the fall (or whenever) so an actual relationship is out the window, so why should Boy 1 waste his time on her?
