What was your favorite year over the internet and why?

Mine was 2005 because of this forum, it was like a family to me and everybody knew eachother and was active and nice to eachother, I was also one of the mods there. The forum had an auto prune (for members too, low posts no activity) so it looks like it was not an active forum now by the number of topics.

Yes I played the game from 2004 untill mid 2006, the new forum changed a lot with a lot of people missing and the forum started getting overflooded by children over the years. I only visit the mod sections (im retired) in the new forum and make a few topics there now, I don't bother with Runescape anymore.

2 of my best Internet friends came from that forum who I have known for 4 years each.

last year a.k.a. 2008.

we finally formed a css clan with some friends, grew biger and had some minor problems and now we joined forces with a nice ET clan. it's never been so much fun on TS since everybody knows everybody and we're all constantly messing around.

2007 was also a good year, atleats i think it was 2007. it should be the year phantomlink was an official admin on KO official forums.

07, greatest memories of ko were in that year, NEVER going to happen again.

Gotta be like 2003-2004 Those were my SOF2 days were, i participated in CWL and EBL and a few other clan leagues, only won 1 time but it was fucking fun. I so wish that game was still up and popular like it used to be, it was the best.

I myself used to play rs. i miss those days When i quit i had 99 range, 99 attack, 99 strength, 95 mage, 99 health and 99 fletch . I play on Diez and live in canada too! damn we have a lot in common :P. Anyways yeah.. i dont really have a fav year for the internet but if i had to pick one i would probally say 2007 when i was at the peek of my rs career.

probably like 2005 i used to be obsessed with european soccer (still am kind of) id be like constantly checking for new transfers (updating rosters on my fifa 05&#39 and watching games 24/7 on the internet thats the year levski sofia (bulgarian team) made it to the quarter finals in the uefa cup :P

I had a very good reputation and felt famous over a computer game lmao, while none of my real life friends knew i was a gamer (they still dont know). double personality ftw xD

probably in 2003/04 when i just played my first game (ever), Call of duty, and got in my first clan called [BOB] (band of brothers) - i even went out to buy a headset mic to talk and it was so much fun xD.

Mine would Probly be 04/05 Whilst is played SOF2, And played in Clanbase Ladders and Tournments, Held he Top spot on RD inf, and got pretty high on the RDctf ladder 3-4th i think. not 100 Sure. But them Days were fun, With the Few Clans, i was in and played for around that time. Miss alot of them guys, and still speak to some. like some one said earlier, Wish the game still had a good player base, shame they fucked it up with sof3 >_>
