SLi graphics cards

    ok so i was thinking about using my sli capability... do i have to have 2 graphics cards the same? or can i get 1 which is better than the other?

    Yes i believe u need 2 of the same... Dnno if brand affects anything but i never seen anyone with 1 e-vga 8800GTX and 1 BFG 8800GTX... its always something like 2x e-vga 8800GTX

    +1 ATI spends more time making cool graphics on the front of their boxes and less time making their cards better

    nvidia if you are buying the best card(8800gts/gtx or 7800gx2...) other wise ati and i prefer intel core duo2 than any amd anymore...

    For SLI you cannot use diffrent cards but you may use diffrent brands. What is the card you have now it might be better buying a new card then doing sli
