Ok well i have PCI-Express slot so I was wondering, what's a good graphic card i could get around the cost of $100-$250 that would be good enough to run most games, for example CS:S at 100 fps?

was looking more for a desktop graphic card, not laptop. but thnx.
i googled it and it seemed as if it's only for laptops. correct me if im wrong please.
Yes that's for mobile try these (in the order of "leetness":
Single 1.8GB NVIDIAŽ GeForceŽ GTX 295
Dual 1.8GB NVIDIAŽ GeForceŽ GTX 260 192 Core - SLIŽ Enabled
Dual 1GB GDDR5 ATI Radeon™ HD 5870 Crossfire™ Enabled
Really just depends of if you want the best graphics and the highest performing card(s)...
which one would u suggest for highest performance?
the 5870 is the better option today since it's a DX11 card. 5850 does the job quite good as well.
be careful with sli (or crossfire) configurations or even with dual GPU cards. they suffer from micro stuttering in some games which makes games unpleasant to play.
Northbridge NVIDIA GeForce 7050 rev. A2
Southbridge NVIDIA nForce 610i rev. A2
Graphic Interface PCI-Express
PCI-E Link Width x16
PCI-E Max Link Width x16
Memory Type DDR2
Memory Size 3072 MBytes
Channels Single
Memory Frequency 266.7 MHz (3:4)
CAS# latency (CL) 4.0
RAS# to CAS# delay (tRCD) 4
RAS# Precharge (tRP) 4
Cycle Time (tRAS) 11
Bank Cycle Time (tRC) 16

I just figured this out and I was wondering if I bought a PCI-Express 2.0 Card, would it work on my slot? I've heard that 2.0 is compatible with 1.0 but I need some help?
