    I prefer baka-updates.com with animesuki.com as a backup...

baka has licensed animes as well, while animesuki removes them when they get licensed.

For unlicenced and currently airing shows:
    http://www.animesuki.com/

    For Naruto and Bleach:
    http://yhbt.mine.nu/

    For finding information on series:
    http://www.anidb.info/

    Best torrent client:
    http://www.utorrent.com/

The way I do it is I search anidb for the series I'm looking for. I then see (on anidb) which group has finished the series and has the highest rating. Then I go to their website and download it.

Sites like youtube and such are good for seeing of a series is worth downloading.
