you should be able to choose where you want the money to be funded from...so 90 from the balance and then the rest taken from the bank - i think thats how it works o.o

yes if you have a verified bank account it will take the remaining amount instantly from your bank account with no fee. However, if you do NOT have a verified bank account it will charge your CC the remaining amount.

it just adds the amount that paypal needs for you to put out of depth

paypal always takes out of ur balance before using ur CC or bank.
oo my account was also verified and I needed to wait 3/4 days or something till I got money from my bank account to my paypal account. So didnt knew you could pay when you didnt had enough on your paypal account.
it will, or you can give yourself an allowence or w/e from the bank account
