Well, i was try send money to a friend, and when i was try send money.. i go to my account overview and say me "Your account acess is limited"
If anyone know the error, please help me posting replys.

Not entirely true. I've had paypal call me before to verify a payment. They checked out okay too :-\if someone calls you saying they are from paypal...they are probably trying to scam you[/b]
