well im sure you can get some scholarships(theres practically scholarships for anyhting now days)
i know some financial aid is based on the income of parents if ur dependent
dunno if this helped
over here you can only get aid if you're no longer living at home (with your parents) or if your parents earn less than some minimal amount a month.
you can go to court to make them pay if you are younger then 18. but after that it's all up to your parent whether or not they want to pay for your education.
in denmark u get aid as long as u go to school xd

Financial aid is always paid back..maybe you are thinking of a "grant" which is money you dont pay...financial aid is FAFSA loans etc...which are all paid back...and anyway you better hope your parents are broke, otherwise they dont give u shit anyway at least in USA..

i worked and saved enough money to pay school and then i failed a class it with my own money. wat u guys think? ill hit up the school tom
Pell scholarship is granted to anyone. Even if your parents are trillionaires, the government will give you money if you fill out FAFSA forms. I think the minimum they pay is 890 for Full-Time students (either 12 or 15 credits/semester).
Yeah if that is your first time failing a course you will most likely be placed on probation. Most likely they wont pull your financial aide until fail acouple more times. I would recommend retaking the class and getting something other than a fail while advancing up the requisite trail in the other areas for your major. Normally taking the class over will take that off your record. All of this depending on your school's rules.
Pretty sure the pell is only for low income households. Could be wrong though.
I don't think you get money for failing courses. I think you must maintain at least a C- and be a full-time student. Not 100% sure.
