I need some info from anyone who's willing to help out.

I've been assigned with the following tasks:

Code:
Server information – need price comparisons, space, all information regarding servers including consumer feedback.
 
Layouts, templates for website
Timeline – how long do you think this will take?
Video editing software
Video streaming/hosting website information – preferably a server that will allow us to build the site as well as video streaming. 
 
Chat room – build into website – find information on this – included in server as well? 
 
Need a website that allows for up to 5000 user names/passwords, unlimited video streaming as well as unlimited uploads of PDFs, chat, forums, etc.
I dont know much on anything but it's time to learn.

I'm doing my own research but I figure it couldnt hurt to ask here as well

-Where can I find a reliable and "successful" website host?
-Any tips on some interesting website templates?
-How do I allow video streaming within a website?
-How do I install a chatroom into the website?

I mean the questions go on, Im pretty sure I'll find answers in the next few weeks on my own but it cant hurt to ask here as well.
