I think the operation was not about taking down a dangerous sattelite that could hit the earth...the US tried their new rockets to take down sattelites, and show off how 1337 and dangerous they are.
Lol, they probally launched the sattalite into space and shot it down, so that they could show off :P
if you had a kick ass rocket that no one else had, wouldn't you want to show it off too?
Watching a show about the new guns there using on navy ships ("electromagnetic"), Technically have infinite power dependent on the charge you put in. They go into a room with loads of capacitors, TV guy goes to touch a capacitor - Officer goes you touch one of those say goodbye to your life, the tv guy shit himself on the spot haha
