how can she be found not guilty? She was filming with her phone. You arent allowed to do that..Its clear and simple. Well maybe you can say she didnt have the intent and thats not enough to press charges...

I don't see why this is illegal, but recording previews of the movies on your tv isn't. Hell the previews are 30 seconds or longer. People in America just get butthurt over stupid shit.
