Just hold it still then make a very very very fast move and the ball on the lowest bar wont move that much

the trick to getting above 40 seconds is to keep both balls in the middle, and make sure you bounce the top ball in the middle of the paddle so you dont have to move. This will buy you 5+ seconds without having to move anything.
