If you can read chat, you can see that's cz bowl just after a restart, and the guy is running bowl looking for bosses, as you can see too there are all sorts of DK's, zombies, etc. alive around the bowl. So holding onto that, you can deduct the guy just passed by the Riote and hit him once and kept on running, who would stop to kill a riote when theres bosses to kill? also no exp or nps means the riote didnt die, because even if you hit the riote once, you get 1 nps as a minimum. Enough proof?
