for my moneygram is cheaper, but I don't know very well how is the work in WU, but maybe someone using WU might say something.
Never used moneygram, but i know in New York the sending fee for W.U is $15 :S , but it is a smooth transaction.

always used wu and worked smooth plus i see wu offices every 10 block here in my city, moneygram its quite scarce....
