oo really? lol i never thought about it that way. I dont drink milk cuz it makes my stomach hurtbut I always hear people say "EWW this milk is sour" so i figured sour milk = bad milk. But i find sourcream kinda gross, even though it doesnt make my stomach hurt. I dont think im lactose intolerent buz i can eat different dairy products, i think its cuz im asian. Most asians i know dont drink milk. Its gross shit.

I think Sourcream, yogurt and other "sour" products are heated and then some bacteria developes that makes the milk/cream sour and thick , but I'm not sure.
