Women and computers

Alright here's a little story..
I got a laptop a while ago and my mom borrowed it. Everything was fine 'til today when the computer just freezed and she couldn't do anything.
So she force-rebooted it and after that she couldn't get past the log in screen. She asked me to fix it and for my surprise the hard disk was broken. I was like "wtf how did you manage to break the HDD on 2 months old laptop" and she was like "I didn't do anything".. Yea right xD
Well this wasn't the first time.. About 4 years ago my desktop got fucked up after my mom used it and she blamed me for it, with a help from my brother's nerd friend we were able to locate the virus and how did it got there. Surprise surprise it was from my mom's email :lol:

Anyways I made this topic because I wanted to know if anyone has a mom, sister or gf who totally sucks with computers. Is it just because they're females and using a female logic or is it just bad luck? :lol:

It's not women, anyone can be a computer noob. I built my dad's pc and everytime i visit my parents they have a ton of spyware on it and it takes 5mins to boot up. He tells me that i used cheap components even though his is better than mine. I think older generations especially have a tendency to be very naive about which websites they visit and which emails they open.

both my parents sucks at comps.

My mom does only know how to open the mail.
My dad doesn't know how to do anything.

it took me ages to get my mother to understand how google, the Internet and websites worked.

and it still goes wrong all the time.
