lol you don't make sense. if the video hasn't been uploaded recently that wont do anything. before when u upload it, it would convert to a lower resolution. so if you add that to the end of a url. you're still getting the same version right? i doubt they would keep record of all details of the videos before it was turned into bad quality.

oh i misunderstood , but just put that code at the end of any bad quality video , and itl make it wayyy better
