Default Youtube gives me BSOD. Help!

    This has happened only recently.

I use Mozilla Firefox and whenever i go to youtube or try to play any video, my screen freezes...then the blue screen of death.

I've uninstalled Flash (version 10) and reinstalled - didn't work
    I've disabled add-ons on mozzila - didn't work
    I've ran mozzilla in safe-mode - didn't work
I've tried on google chrome - didn't work

So it must be a flash problem?

    Anyone had the same?

    What a weird problem.
Anyway so its not a browser problem. Have you tried reinstalling graphic card drivers?

Does the BSOD give you time to read the error message? in that case, what does it say?

A good alternative to the flash player would be the HTML5 player, it may not be entierly bug free, but it still works pretty good.

Well, I don't know what is the cause of your problem but try downloading BlueScreenView, it'll make you able to read your BSOD from the minidump-files which can sometimes help identify the problem

    Good luck!

You also have an option in the BIOS that lets the computer restart if you get a BSOD, you can turn that off and then write down the error message and google it.

Not every BIOS has that option - my motherboards BIOS doesn't - but if you got that option you could also do it that way
