25 minimum posts before topic

we should have it a setting where if u dont have 25-50 posts u cant make a topic in any section period not just market section, would prob help stop 90% of the worthless topics <_<

thats how alot of car forums are, u can get into market section unless u have 50post, so they just go to general, and offtopic and post there.
