editing topic title in market sections

i asked about this a while ago but you were still busy with fixing minor bugs and setting up the new forum, but i guess you're done with that by now

so i'm asking again, can you allow editing of topic titles in the market section (and not only until 1 hour after the post is made)? the current situation just makes ppl make more and more topics because they wanna change the title of their topic when they want to buy or sell another item.
