banned BF2 account

hi,
I used the 'contact us' and one of your forum threads
( Banned battlefield 2 account ) to report my BF2 account being banned from your servers. Since there has been no reply for a while, my account is still banned and I'm not sure I have posted my problem on the right place, I thought I'd write something here too in hopes of resolving the issue.
