Since no one replied and this topic is still here, I'll make it clear for you and everyone else who's having this "problem".

1. New members must have accumulated 50 posts and 90 days since joining before creating a new thread in market sections.

As stated on the market section rules, you cannot create threads unless you have atleast 50 posts and unless you've been a member for atleast 3 months. By the time of making this thread you only had 49 posts, therefore you could not make a thread in the market section.
I wish people would read (and hopefully understand) the rules before making these threads.
