Festo not answering to many pm's , me and more people pmed him and he see it and if you send link he go in , but hes not reply to pms and i understand it.
I got a lot of pm's , sometimes for market thing , sometime just random pm's and i dont like to respone , so just think how many he get a day.

As Felix said , there are other admins who pay attention more , like Eric , Felix , Lutz when he used to be admin , Phantom and more that i dont remember.
Or if its to close / delete / mute / ban for hijacking you have also moderators not only admins to do it.

I think i pm'd Eric like 4-5 times ( Eric if you read it and i wrong , fix me )and he answerd like 2-3 times , he busy and i always start pm to admin " hey i know you busy and you maybe havent time to read , but please go to this link and bla bla bla " and then he see you know they dont have to do what you say , you respect them and they will answer ya as well.
Yea some admins dont respone because they have probably different things to do except be in thier forum the whole day , so you must know it.
Look at Phatom , he admin and almost not login and if he do hes barley posting .
So you must know they busy and its not personaly when they not responding .
