Well I think that you should have to be a member to view the fourm, becuase my friend jsut got hacked by a guy who is non member so he cant get ip banend and view the fourm and say he is a certain guy......well jsut somthing that would prevent some scamming..
you have to be a member to post on the forum... How did the scammer do anything about trading if he couldnt post in the thread or PM, I dont see how the forums come into the picture, please explain.
Some people post their E-mail. Maybe this is the case.

ip banning wont work cuz u can go to another computer or some HACKERS can change their IP address
