Images on forum

For some reason i cant see images that are on forums database (not userposted images)

they show as a red X

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I managed to get the same error as he did.

I started my Zonealarm firewall -> started Internet explorer and got all X.

Dunno how to let them show tho, Guess you got a fire wall running or something?

For me i just shutdown zone and use Mozilla firefox.

have you inadvertently blocked images from ko4life using firefox? I accidently did that on another forum I browse.

We block hotlinking so ppl from other sites dont leech our bandwidth. That means that u need to actually come to this site to see an image. If u link an image on another forum, image wont display.

For some reason your firewall is making u fall into this category. Dunno how that firewall works, but im pretty sure thats the reason for this problem.

Ah well if im using Internet Explorer i get it, But not on Firefox i think :wacko:.

I just turn it off load this page and turn it on, Works like a charm .

My firewall might be set a bit high tho i tend to block A lot of imageshack links and so on :rollseyes:.

And no i don't have them blocked, Only thing blocked is Charlies dame pics <_<.

If your browser or firewall has the option to fake the HTTP REFERER, then u wont see the images. Only when the referer comes from ko4life.com, u will be able to see the images.

Check for that option on Firefox or your firewall. Should fix the problem.
