its called google...u use it to search for weight lifting forums

ko4life hasnt shown any interest in a health type forum...if people wanted to they could post it in off topic but as it is now no one does that except for the occasional post of someomne beginning weigh tlifting and wanting some tips, in which case the topics always turn into complete flaming

People could also google different console feedback etc but they made a section for it. I think if they just gave it a try to see if it would be active they would be surprised.

Either way, a health and fitness section on this forum would just turn into a brag fest and people making up BS, so its pointless. Not to mention if you wanted serious advice as this is more of a serious topic than gaming consoles, ko4life is not exactly the best place ^.o

I actually like it. I prefer to read 1 forum with everything then 8 for different things. Already need to change for motors

problem is u dont really learn anything from those "all in one" forums....if u actually care about a certain topic then ull go forums which specialize in those topics...just like i frequent other forums for topics i actually care about, and i only really frequent ko4life now out of boredom and the spam in off topic :P
