I was reading it as a serious post , then ... it turned into a play color thing , i was like "omg another Throw the rock to the mod topic!" , but then i was like meh.


Anyways answering your main post, its all up to a mod's discretion , you cant really ban someone for calling another person faggot or noob , but we can warn them , even if that happens again and its bugging us, we decide how to deal with it, ban is our last resort , that's in case that someone becomes annoying and completly unrespectful , then we do the bans.
