I was wondering if theres a way to change the name of a topic u have created, or u have to make a completly new one?

Fully edit the topic.
When you press edit (if the topic is still enabled according to how old the topic is, after a while, the topic becomes "uneditable") you'll see the option saying "Full Edit", instead of "Quick Edit" or whatever.

yeah, just like Blackbreed said....when you click the edit button use full editor.
