Last time I checked, you can't backup an invisionfree forum. There are tools to convert forum databases to other forum formats. But if you can't get access to the database, then you can't do anything.
More the reason to use this forum. If invisionfree goes haywire, there is nothing anyone can do to get that forum back up. Everything is in invisionfree's hands. Devile can backup this forum to his heart's content, because he actually has control over it.
i have the uber control over devile (I tell him what to do e.g. Get naked on webcam)
