i saw some topic that u can get hacked if u use Forgoten password to change your pass but now i want to change mine
but dont know how to do it but my friend told me to send a CS but i cant even log on in the freaking website of knight

send in a ticket from a different account with all payment info and new pw
i forgot email and wanted to change it on old acc, which has not been activated (email key). i send them all necessary info about payments and they didnt want to fix that. totally crap sux support really.. finally i found the email and pass so it ended goodsend in a ticket from a different account with all payment info and new pw[/b]
to change mail ore sqs u need premium so maybe thats why
