New Smiley pack

I new smiley pack should be implemented (some people in the forums like to use smiley a lot like me :P, we need more action to the forums :P

Or a section in the Media-Offtopic where the members would put Smiley that will be good for the forums, and see if the Mods or Admins approved it

We already have a user (Derden) who has donated a vB license.
IPB doesn&#39;t deal well with such a large user load and the admin control panel is shite.
